We were invited to a (former) neighborhood (and one of Isabelle's classmates) egg hunt down at the beach. Here are a few pictures of the fun!

Camden enjoying donuts prior to the hunt!
Off they go! (Way behind the bigger kids!)
Not sure if Camden got enough!?!?!?!
Just when we thought we were getting a taste of Spring....we got another snow storm. So, in honor of today's storm, here's a recent picture of Isabelle enjoying it!

This picture was taken at The Eric Carle Museum on our mini-vacation we took just after Christmas. They have a nice library, where we attended 2 sessions of Story Hour.
And, while we're talking Eric Carle Museum, here is Camden & Ed.
I'm just not sure if this is Eliza and Isabelle or if it is Ellie & (my sister) Meghan 35 years ago? Could anyone confirm? ;-)

Per the most recent comment...Yes, there is always plenty of room for guests! We're thinking of making this 'other' workshop into a little house....it already has heat and might make a great play house complete with a cot and everything. Oh, and there are 4 bedrooms (big ones where you can fit more than a twin bed into the room), so guests can actually stay WITH us in the house too! Imagine that!?!?! That is, if you don't mind blue bathroom tile and a retro stove!

We've agreed on a price! Still have some details to iron out, but looks like we're moving this Spring! We're psyched! What's not to be excited about:
1/2 acre
wooded lot
can see the neighborhood beach/water from the house
mooring off the beach for our boat
big-giant garage, workshop, boat house
another workshop/shed
plus a basement workshop
plenty of room for us & kids in house
and:
all complete w/an original 1948 stove/oven...that's "retro" right???
She wanted to help.............
...please note that it is never too early to learn to be self-sufficient in our household and learn to change a tire. Ed also has a video of this at-home-with-your-kids-activity, which we're working on posting for your viewing pleasure.
I'm not sure if I've ever seen Ed so excited about showing me pictures and video footage of what they did that day. (But I admit, given I was nickmamed "Mrs. Goodwrench" in college, I'm pretty proud too!)
